Live Edge and Antique Door Desks

Our desks are as unique and one-of-a-kind as anything we make. Live edge desks are made using slabs of “urban reclaimed” wood, that is, trees that have fallen and would otherwise be left to rot. We work with local sawmills that procure these large slabs and kiln dry them for our purposes: to make something functional and elegant for your workspace. We attach tops to metal bases that have internal motors that allow you to raise and lower your desktop from a sitting to standing position at the push of a button. Swanky!

Antique doors make wonderful workspaces. We salvage doors from old buildings and homes that are slated for demolition and would have otherwise been thrown away. We cover the top with glass, making for a smooth, usable and clean surface. The legs and apron are made using reclaimed wood and feature pinned mortise and tenon joints, a hallmark of quality construction that will last generations. These tables add antique elegance to any room you put them in. Wider doors can be used for a dining table in more narrow spaces.
